With Christmas fast approaching, I figured it would be a great time to throw together my first wishlist. During the hours I've devoted online, mentally spending Christmas money that I don't actually have yet, I've built up a mile-long list of grooming products that I love. Here are the five that really need to be in my stocking.
Panasonic ER-GB80 Multi-Groomer (£69.99/each)
It's been all about the beard for me recently, and I've been searching for the will to maintain my own without having to visit the barber on a weekly basis. That's why Panasonic's electric beard trimmer is on my list of desirables. The ER-GB80 Multi-Groomer is a great all-rounder that gives you full control. You can trim in detail and style your beard by changing between attachments, and there's even an attachment for your hair. I feel like this is something you could use to experiment with because it lets you shape up different beard styles, which is exactly what I'm looking for right now. As a bit of a beard rookie, I'll definitely be picking one of these up to kick off my journey to becoming a master.
Scaramouche + Fandango Christmas Cracker (£15.00/set)
How's this for a stocking filler? Scaramouche + Fandango have put two of my favourite products from their range inside a fun and sleek Christmas cracker. The Face Scrub and Hydrator come encased in clever seasonal packaging that retains the brands cool and minimal look. This is such a simple yet brilliant idea that makes the product suitable for Christmas, but not Christmas-specific. You can also rest assured that this cracker won't come with a shit joke and a poorly sized paper hat. Scaramouche + Fandango are a great brand that I wrote about here not so long ago, and since I used all of my 'Fs' and 'Hy', I think it's about time I stocked up.
Capt Fawcett's Beard Oil (£34.00/each)
There's a whole world of marvellous beard products on the market for us guys, and with the days growing colder, that extra bit of warmth on your face can make the difference, so why not indulge a little? Capt Fawcett's 'Private Stock' is a particularly heavenly blend that my local barber shop Groom For Men treated me to last time I went for a tidy-up. The stuff smells delightful and softens up your beard nicely. It's a little on the pricey side, but who cares? It's Christmas.

Des Garçons Wonderwood Eau De Parfum (£64.00/each)
Words cannot describe my love for this fragrance. I've made sure to have a bottle in my wash bag ever since I first discovered it. The scent is intoxicatingly woody with a sort of spicy, sweet kick on top. It is slightly expensive, but certainly not exclusive to a high-end budget which is why I do like to stock up when I'm out of the stuff. The shape and design of the bottle also does it for me. I'd recommend CDG's fragrances in general, but this one is my special favourite.
Czech & Speake Leather Travel Pouch (£225/each)
I thought I'd have some fun with my last item. How better to accommodate your favourite grooming products than to splash out over £200 on a wash bag? Okay, it's definitely not within my budget, but this is a wishlist after all. Wash bags have never been something I've invested in greatly, but this Czech & Speake travel pouch hit a sweet spot. The detail of the crafted leather and faucet-shaped zip fasteners make it an especially beautiful piece. Now if only I could find myself with £225...
